THREE (3) MONTH PLAN
A MINIMUM OF 3 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A SITE. UNIT MUST BE REMOVED UPON DEPARTURE. RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OWN ELECTRIC. RESERVATIONS TAKEN AFTER OCT 1, 2008

On October 1, 2008 all sites, which are not already reserved on our six (6) month plan, will become available to anyone who wants to reserve for the upcoming season. This would include daily, weekly, monthly and three (3) month reservations. NO REFUNDS are permitted 30 days prior to the reservation date. A $250.00 reservation fee is required on all reservations for two weeks or longer. Prices are based on double occupancy, each additional person is $5.00 a night. For those who do not sign up for the two plans described above, the following rates apply.

On the six (6) month plan, all site rentals are due in full on or before OCTOBER 1, 2008. On all other rentals including (3) month plan, all site rentals are due in full on or before the date at which the term of the reservation begins. Rent not paid within five (5) days of the due date shall be subject to a late charge of 1.5% of the amount owed per month until the rent is paid in full. A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to November 1st and must be received by at least October 1, 2008 to avoid being charged in full. A $50.00 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Residents On the six (6) month plan ONLY, arriving prior to November 1st or remaining after May. 1st, are subject to an additional $10.00 per day charge.

The park is not responsible for articles stored in the compound or maintained at the site, including the recreational vehicle itself. Please be sure to follow all Rules & Regulations!   

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NEW PERSEPECTIVE RESIDENTS!
Before residency is granted, you must fill out and receive approval based on a Tenant Credit and Criminal Background check. The fee is $50.00 and Intelius, which is a consumer reporting agency that provides investigative and consumer reports ("Screening Reports") as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, will be processing your application.
